Welcome to Connect Counselling & Therapy (“Connect”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Connect Counselling & Therapy, the operating name of Kelowna Family Services Center. We operate the website located at https://www.connectcounsellingandtherapy.com (the “Website”) to provide information about counselling services, programs, community resources, and ways to support access to care.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Website and any related content, features, tools, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our Website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to operate and maintain the Services.

Information about donations, sponsorships, and ways to support access to care may be provided through the Services. Donations may be processed through third-party platforms and are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Donation receipts will be issued in accordance with applicable Canadian charitable regulations.
