Fee-for-Service Counselling
Fee-for-service counselling is available to individuals, couples, families, children, and youth who are able to pay privately or access extended health benefits.
This option offers:

As a registered charitable organization, revenue from fee-for-service counselling helps support free and low-cost programs within our community.

Low-Cost Counselling
Low-cost counselling is designed to support individuals and families who may not be able to afford full private rates but do not qualify for funded programs.
This option may include:

Free & Funded Counselling Programs
Connect provides a range of free and funded counselling services supported through government and community partnerships. These programs are designed to ensure access to care for individuals and families who need it most.
Funded programs include support for:
