As a key member of our reception team, Lisa is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you arrive at Connect. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, she brings both professionalism and heart to her role. Lisa was drawn to the healthcare field by her desire to offer steady, supportive presence during what can often be difficult seasons in people’s lives.

She thrives on organization and efficiency, helping ensure the office runs smoothly so clients and clinicians alike feel supported.

Lisa and her husband share five children and twelve grandchildren, who are truly the loves of their lives. When she’s not spending time with family, Lisa enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping, kayaking, and especially being near the water. In the colder months, she channels her creativity into crafting, including sewing, knitting, and weaving. Lisa has lived in Kelowna for four years with her husband and their little dog, Kate.
